Dear Fellow Business Owner,
I don’t mean to alarm you, but it’s true.
By October 1st, 2015 your business will be required to upgrade your credit card processing equipment in order to accept “smart chip” credit cards.
Here’s what EMV is all about:
Over the past 12 months you’ve likely heard the buzz about “smart chip” credit cards and how they are going to revolutionize security within the payment processing industry.
Banks have already issued more than 166 million of these cards according to Digitaltransactions.net, so rest assured your customers have them, and this affects you, me and every other small business owner in America!
I’m writing you today because I want to share with you how you can avoid overpaying for new equipment AND even how you can go about getting one of these new machines… for free.
You will pay nothing out of pocket
Here’s why…
The first thing we need to do is to find out what kind of processing equipment you’re currently using and determine how the equipment upgrade applies to you.
There’s no charge for this and it only takes about 20 to 30 minutes for us to do this together. (after doing this for the better part of a decade with clients of all industries I know just the questions to ask in order to spend our time wisely)
At the end of this assessment session one of three things are going to happen:

We'll discover that you don't need new equipment because the terminal you’re using is already compliant OR your method of processing credit cards doesn’t apply to the new laws.
If this is the case I’ll we’ll part ways for now and leave the possibility of working together in the future wide open!

We’ll find out that you need a new terminal and I’ll tell you exactly how to get the new equipment installed ASAP.
If that’s the case by the way I’ll take care of everything for you. I’ll get you set up with the Ingenico ICT220 credit card terminal that is pre-programmed to a new merchant account that I’ll set up for you.
The pricing will be at a competitive interchange (cost) plus pricing and if you already have a merchant account we’ll just match your rates so there is no increase in cost to you.
No contracts, no setup cost, no hidden charges.
Really, I’ll make this as straightforward as possible. I hate the typical “bait and switch” tactics used by most credit card processing companies, so I’m going to be as up front and honest with you as I possibly can.
Again, you’re going to be required to upgrade your equipment within the next couple of months anyway, (and counting down) so why not get it taken care of early?!
As I mentioned it won’t cost you a penny out of pocket and I’ll lay everything out for you so all of your questions are answered!

In the unlikely event that you feel like your time has been wasted, I will send you a $50.00 pre-paid VISA card as compensation for your time, immediately. I respect your time and it is your most valuable asset and I certainly respect that.
That’s it and there’s no catch. It really is that simple.
The worst thing that can happen is you get a $50.00 gift card for “wasting” 30 minutes of your time.
But, the best thing that can happen is we work together to get your new equipment and maybe even save you some money in the long run.
That’s it and there’s no catch. It really is that simple.
Think about what that would do for your business and knowing you are set well in advance of the deadline and you have absolutely no liability whatsoever!
The worst thing that can happen is you get $50.00 for “wasting” 45-60 minutes of your time.
But, the best thing that can happen is we work together one-on-one to help your business avoid any unnecessary financial penalties.
Here's How It's Going To Work
First we get on the phone (one-on-one) and do the 20 to 30 minute call.
I’ll give you everything you need to know about EMV technology, the credit card terminal, the processing account and anything else you want to know (all within that 30 minute call).
We’ll talk about the new Apple pay system (which will be included with the terminal) and how to best utilize this new craze to get more customers at your business.
Once we get those essential questions answered I will lay out the exact steps that we need to do to move forward.
And as I mentioned before, there is no charge for this.
So Why Would I Offer This?
For 3 reasons:
First off, I enjoy helping business owners like yourself simplify an otherwise very confusing service. I know merchant account rates and fees are confusing to say the least, and the statements most processors send out don’t make it any better.
This is the type of things that I love to do, and have always enjoyed helping my clients and friends save money, grow their business, streamline their processes, and make more money – along with everything that comes with it – as a result of the help that I have given.
Secondly, (as I’ve mentioned twice already) this is going to be a requirement for everyone so whether you do it now or later, it’s an inevitable reality.
I know there are less-than-ethical sales folks in this business who might try to overcharge you for equipment and/or processing rates (trust me, I have seen it WAY too many times) and this is my way of attempting to keep that from happening to you.
And third, it’s how I can help “clean up” the industry. The more clients I have that are being cared for by myself and my team the less opportunity for telemarketing agencies and “shark” providers to take advantage of people like yourself.
Assuming you’re happy with the initial plan and you want to get started you’ll probably want to continue working together for a really long time. If you’re anything like me, you probably like the idea of knowing you will have someone to rely on to take care of your payment processing needs.
And by the way, if you don’t want to become a client after we talk, don’t worry. You won’t get any sales pressure from me of any kind. (that’s not my style).
In fact, here’s my “ALL IN” promise to you:
You Find Our Conversation To Be Incredibly Valuable or I’ll Pay You $50 Immediately to Compensate You For Your Time.
Seriously - there’s no you can lose which is why I’m taking the bold step of offering to pay you $50 if you think I’ve wasted your time.
Think about it.
I’m personally setting you up with the brand new terminal that is going to allow for the 166,000,000 clients to pay you for your services… and that is going to generate gobs of new business for you!
The worst thing that can happen is you get paid $50 for “wasting” your time and you will walk away with the knowledge of this new technology that we talk about on the phone call.
Just let me know, and I’ll cut the check. No questions asked.
This Is NOT For Everybody.
So, Here's Who It Applies To:
As I mentioned this only applies to some businesses because of the nature of the technology update.
Here it is:

You must have a retail business location where you accept “card-present” credit card transactions from your customers.
I’ll give you all the details on the call, but the EMV transactions require that you insert the credit card into a new ATM style slot in the machine and (of course) the card must be physically present in order to do so.
These types of transactions are cheaper for you to accept too.

You must be willing to start a new merchant account.
As I mentioned this new terminal comes pre-programmed with a merchant account so you just have to be willing to make a switch. I’ll make it so that there are no costs to switch so you don’t have to worry about any cancellation penalties with your current processor.
Of course if you’re not happy with any element of your current processing agreement then this requirement will be a no-brainer.
If that is the case by the way I really cannot wait to talk with you. We are going to get along just great!!!

You must be the decision maker at your company.
This one is pretty straight forward. Since I’ve laid my whole offer out for you in this letter, I just ask that when we talk, you are able to make a decision on behalf of your company.
It completely fine if you have partners that you need to run it past, I just want to make sure you are at least one of the decision makers.
That’s all there is to it!
Those Are the Steps, & Here’s What To Do Next
If you meet the criteria that I have laid out for you and you want to talk with me personally about getting this incredible offer, then I’ll be happy to set some time aside for you.
Here’s how the process works.
First you’ll need to fill out a SHORT questioner. Don’t worry, it’s very simple and straightforward.
I just need to know a little bit of additional information about your business so that I can be prepared for our call.
You know, it’ll be things like how many locations you have, how long you’ve been in business and what your current credit card process equipment is.
All very simple and straightforward (multiple choice) questions.
Here's What Will Happen After That
Once you fill out the form you will be immediately taken to a calendar page where you can schedule a phone call appointment.
The calendar will say that it’s a 60 minute appointment, but again, we should only need about half that time (30 minutes).
During that call (as I talked about earlier) we will formulate a plan to work together and discuss exactly how to make it happen.
And again, if you don’t become a client – that’s okay too. We’ll leave things the way they are right now and the door might reopen at some point in the future.
And if you tell me that I have wasted your time, again, I’ll pay you $50, no questions asked. (by the way, I have never had to issue a payment for “time wasted” – EVER. That’s why I can make this offer. I will deliver results that you will be happy with.)
Warning – Time Is A Factor
This opportunity is extremely limited because of the personal one-on-one time that we’ll spend together and as you might imagine, there is quite a demand for these free terminals since the October 2015 deadline is a requirement for ALL businesses.
Therefore it is impossible for me to work with everyone that tries to call me.
So, with that said, please know that I do my best to help everyone, but the laws of physics prevent me from being in more than one place at a time.
All you need to do is click here leave your application and let’s talk.
Talk soon,

Brian Manning
P.S. If you’re wondering "what's the catch" there isn't one:
You’ll have an opportunity to talk with me, personally and I’ll show you the way to become EMV compliant and I'll explain exactly how it applies to your business.
All of this BEFORE you do (or sign) anything.
No surprises. No games.
Everything I've already spelled out for you in this letter is absolutely true and this is your chance to take advantage of an offer that truly is limited due to the regulations passed down from Visa and Mastercard!
Remember, this is something that EVERY SINGLE BUSINESS OWNER NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION TO and it likely includes you if you have a retail location.
Like I said before, our first conversation together is free and absolutely without obligation to do anything after our conversation.
The plan that we design on the phone call will be tailored specifically to your business.
Again, this is one-on-one so you and I will have uninterrupted time together focused directly on making your company EMV compliant.

As much as I’d like to talk with and work with all business owners that need this, I just can’t due to the limited number of hours in the day.
So, if you feel this free consultation is right for you, click on the button below, leave your short application and we'll talk.
